The 18 restaurants participating in the I Rice Week in Benidorm,
from 15th to 21st October, will offer a selection of rice.
Recipes traditionally
prepared in some cases, or other risky touches. Rice with dolphinfish, cod and
cauliflower, anchovies and spinach, onion and pumpkin, or rabbit and snails will
be part of the menus of these establishments.
But this delicious proposal deserves whet your
