Taberna del Abuelo, Bodegón Aurrerá and Taberna Andaluza win the 2nd Benidorm "Tapa & Pincho" Competition

The second edition of the "Tapa & Pincho" Competition, organised by the Town Hall in collaboration with ABRECA and COBRECA, has anounced the winners.

This morning the three prizes of the competition have been given, which this time were for the Taberna del Abuelo and its cutting edge Tapa (stuffed cod Kokotxa grandfather style); for Bodegón Aurrera and its more traditional Tapa (stuffed artichoke tigers) and a special public award for the Andalusian Tavern (spring range).

As for the public award, 306 voting messages were sent via mobile phones, of which 23%were for the Andalusian Tavern. Its manager, Pablo Gonzalez, has indicated that this second competition "has been better organised and has had been more successful with the public, especially by editing fliers, including the location of the premises and the images of the "Tapas & Pinchos" participants." In total, this year 7,000 leaflets have been published.

Congratulations to the winners!
